Complaints and Appeals Policy

Authors and readers have the right to submit complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions, peer review processes, or publication ethics concerns.

All complaints and appeals will be handled confidentially, fairly, and promptly by the editorial office in accordance with the journal policies and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The editorial board reserves the right to make the final decision after careful evaluation of all relevant information and supporting evidence submitted.
